Shipping & Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery offered for Chapel Hill and Carrboro. Send us a message if you have any questions or requests!

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days via USPS or UPS. Shipping is $12 for orders up to $250, and complimentary after that. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping. Once your tracking says "delivered", it is not in our care any more - and stolen or missing packages are your responsibility. Please make sure the address used is a secure address and keep an eye on tracking.

 

Returns

Items may be returned within 10 days after arrival for store credit or exchange.  We do not offer refunds.  Returns must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Approval by email is necessary before sending items back. Please pack carefully- we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in return shipping. Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery. 

We don't cancel orders - please choose carefully. If you change your mind after placing an order, we can issue a store credit. 

Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.

Discounted merchandise is final sale.
